The pricey Resident Evil 3 Collector's Edition comes with a copy of the game, the Classic Costume pack, and an 11" tall Jill Valentine statue based on the model of the character that is in the remake. These were quite a funny dose of nostalgia for fans of the PS1 games when they were included in RE2.
The pre-order bonus for Resident Evil 3is actually identical to what was offered last year for Resident Evil 2. Preorder RE3 and players will get a download code for Classic Costume Pack, which includes skins for Jill Valentine and Carlos Oliveira based on the character designs from the original PS1 game. The bonuses and add-ons are pretty similar to what was offered for RE2 last year, but whichever platform players may be planning on purchasing the game on, there is a way to pre-order and be rewarded for it. And also like the game that came before it, Resident Evil 3 is offering pre-order bonuses and a special Collector's Edition. Like with Resident Evil 2, fans of the series are getting very excited to get their hands on the game and rush to the store to pre-order. The inspiration for that character came from RE3's Nemesis, so it will be interesting to see how Capcom interprets that character in a modern video game.
